After almost two years of looking, a lot of research an cosideration we finally bought a Connect 241RLK. It was quiote an experience with all the misinformation given to me by the dealers and then having pricing on the three dealers or dealer networks within 2 hours of my house being seperated in pricing by $3,800.00 dollars or so for the exact same trailer. We will pick it up in a couple of weeks and I am sure I will have a bunch of questions. Especially on the most important accesories to buy since there are about 10 million available. Tiem to print out the PDI sheet.

Congrats! A couple weeks? Did you customize one or are they dragging one in from somewhere that met your needs?

Congratulations, most here love our KZ's a few not so much, won't be hard to figure which is which. There are some "better engineers" than the factory has.

Congrats! A couple weeks? Did you customize one or are they dragging one in from somewhere that met your needs? My choice. I was going to order one but even with short inventory I really don't need it right this moment. I need to finish my driveway project for the arrival.

Congratulations on the new coach. Feel free to ask any questions you might have, also about what's worthwhile and what isn't, because as you noticed, lots of, uh, "stuff" out there for RV's.

Welcome to the Kz Family !!!
Congratulation on your new TT, we hope you enjoy your Kz product as well as we have, they are a great company an stand behind their products more than alot of other MFG's do
Take your time an go thought everything, as I stated in the PDI Sheet twist, turn, pull everything, if you don't understand something ask an if the RV Tech dozen't know it ask for someone who has knowledge of such
Seems some of the major questions as of late is about Solar plugins, so if your trailer has such make sure that you understand it fully, again if Tech dozen't know have them get someone who is knowledgeable about such ....
I can't say it enough, ASK QUESTIONS !!!! TAKE NOTES !!!!, TAKE VIDEOS either with a camara or your phone!!!
Mark stuff you see wrong with blue tape, don't let them tell you that they will get back to you with an answer, stand your ground an say we will wait till you find someone that knows about the question your asking ....
An above all don't sign anything till things are corrected to what you think is right !!! not them telling you that it is correct !!
Again Welcome to the Kz family
Safe Travels

We got our new KZ this year and it has been great. A few things I chose to fix myself. Drain connection not quite tight. Waterline not quite tight. A real mystery was water in bathroom sink was flowing super slow, with both cold and hot water.... Just had to unscrew the water defuser on the spout and cleaning the screen. Do what you can to fix those kinds of simple things yourself so your RV spends more time camping and less time at the dealer. As others said, be sure to have a good test while on the lot so they can fix the simple things quickly right there on the spot.

If you are new to trailers, I found using Beech Lane Camper Leveler 2 pack made leveling port to starboard (left to right) very easy

And one tip nobody mentions using these levelers.... they work best if you back up as far as you can go, then pull forward up the ramps. Then chock your wheels before starting to disconnect from tow vehicle. Reason is, that takes the pressure off the ball hitch assembly and you can disconnect the hitch collar that secures the ball into the hitch. If you back up the ramps the tow vehicle is pushing the ball into that locking collar. You then have to pull the tow vehicle forward slightly to be able to disconnect. Happy Camping

Happy Camping Thanks that is something I didn't think of. I already went over the camper and blue taped it. spent about 2 hours goign over it. Tightened some of the plumbing and they are ocrrecting the shower floor before I pick it up. The 241 RLk seems to have an issue with support in the shower. fpimd that optu thanks to this forum so it is paying dividends already. Planning to pick it up on the 12th and they are supposed to have it ready to go.

Again go over what they were suppose to fix, even the simple stuff, make sure it is correct, this time of the year things are sort of slow most years but with whats going on things might get set back .... Prime example is local RV dealer stated that what use to take a week now takes three to four week week because he doesn't have the Techs ....
Again Welcome to the KZ form an Family
Many safe travels!!!
