Has anyone had experience with traveling in the winter with a heated underbelly? We have a 2021 Venom 3413TK with a heated underbelly. We're wondering what the lowest outdoor temperature is the heated underbelly able to keep the pipes and tank warm enough to prevent freezing. There do appear to be some areas that could be sealed better like the slide out mechanisms on the two main slides.

The "heated" under belly depends on heat from the furnace that's ducted into the basement. I use mine year round and let the heat on, lowest has been 20's for days. When I'm not going to use the 5W for awhile I blow out the lines with air. Simple to get back out as soon as I'm ready.

hdjc We have a 2017 G384RLT an have been in 15 degree temps at night an 55 durning the day without any problems,
even thought it looks like there may not be much installation the trailer stayed warm set to 68 ... Did use a little more propane than I'd like but only used two an a half tanks of propane for seven days including cooking an no skirts
around bottom of trailer ... Safe Travels Chuck

Dg 386fl just went thru 170 hours below freezing in TX. I ran furnace who time. I left faucets dripping. I did have some lines freeze up, but stayed comfortable inside. I did supplement with electric heat so I wouldn’t use so much propane. On days when it only drops below freezing at night I have never had an issue.
