Evening, proud new owner of a 2021 382mbq, full-timers, moved in about 2 weeks ago. The surround sound in the living room has stopped working. It worked at the last campground on satellite, and I think it worked on antenna. It is a Connex radio with speakers a, b. c, connected to the Connexx TV thru the optical port. Here is what I have checked: the optical plug is attached on both ends, the surround sound is on optical, speakers selected are a, I turned the power off and back on, unplugged and replugged optical cable in. Radio works. Only difference today - we had a bumpy ride on i24 and we are on cable not satellite (there is a tree in the way). Thank you, I appreciate any suggestions.

The ceiling speakers came unplugged from the back of the sound system after a few weeks of purchasing our trailer. When you test, make sure the volume isn't all the way up. My speakers cut in and out if the volume is all the way up. If you haven't already, I recommend confirming the speaker wires are connected to the back of the sound system properly.
How are you liking the fifth wheel? I am curious if the 2021 has anything different than the 2020. Loving our 2020 382MBQ.

It is awesome! We went from a toy hauler to a mid bunk so we are still moving things around. I think the one difference is the fireplace in the bedroom, that took up some storage. No big deal. Learning how things work - lot of technology advances! Thanks
