We are out staying in 95 degree weather and the dual a/c 356rlt Durango gold is actually cooling pretty well, but I'm working to make it even better. I have already replaced the floor registers so I can close them and blocked the furnace return in the pantry, but now I'm going to tape over he gaps between the ceiling vents and the ducting. I can push up a little on the ceiling panel around the ceiling vent and feel the flow improve, so I know that this will help. My question is, is there a trick to removing the vent covers. I had one pop off pretty easy but the others are really on there. I've gone around the exterior of it with a flat blade screwdriver and it still wont pop off. I feel like if I pull any harder, that I will break something.
Anybody got a tip for me to get them off? Thanks for any advice! Rick
