Need advice on replacing interior led lights in 2018 KZ escape

Do it -- you won't regret -- I did the same on my old pop up and was impressed by the amount of ligt they gave off -- if you have the incadensent lights - just replace the bulbs, if you want to replace the enitre fixture go for it also -- easy replacements

Bumping this. Same. Found a video showing how to get them off, but the push-button switch just does nothing and sounds broken when you push it. So I assume the LED's themselves work, just the switch is toast. How do I get a new one of those?

I don't know what switch you have without a photo. Can you reverse the bulb, some LED's are polarity dependent?
