I would suggest you go to KZ's main website and do a dealer search. www.kz-rv.com/

Serviced or warranty work? Serviced any RV repair, warranty good luck, you hear if we didn't sell it. KZ themselves are great, most dealers no so good, unless they sold the unit. Even then it takes a bit to get in, diagnosed, parts ordered, and fixed, seems to be the RV way. Most fix the small thing ourselves. Major issue like a fridge, stove, A/C call the manufacture for the nearest repair, faster than going through KZ.

I agree with Edd505, even though Kz boosts about two year warranties, Kz itself will honor such to it's fullest, dealers not so much ... The old story is "if you didn't buy from us we don't honor warranties" now saying this, if you call Kz Customer service an you are 150 miles from your dealer they will try to get you to a dealer that will honor you warranty, but that dealer may be a state or two away so be prepared ... There are times that Kz has honored repairs from a mobile repair guy, but you have to pay the mileage an in some case's pay the repair an get reimbursed for Kz ... Many of us have worked with Kz Customer Service (CS), some have had pretty darn good luck an other have not, I believe it's all in the way you handle the problem, be demanding an rude they may tell you to take a hike, be honest, forth coming an polite to a point an things may happen to you advantage ... Safe Travels Chuck
