I am trying to set up my one control ap. I have tried scanning the QR code and also manually entering the code/password. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Call Lippert on Monday and have them walk you thru it. My wife tried for an hour, called Lippert and had it done on both phones in 10 minutes, Good luck Kirt

Don’t forget to add the underscore _ where you see the gap with the code. If it all fails, like it did for me, have LCI send you a new gateway, which they did for me. Simple to replace and has been working flawlessly. Good luck!

Just did mine yesterday with the "new" update and it worked 1st time manually entering, the scan did not work.

We finally were able to pick up our D301RLT. Had trouble with the One Control app not connecting. After several days of trying different things to get it to connect I called Lippert. The Tech gave me some info about the Gateway that might help others. If the Gateway has a id of MyRv..., then it's a WIFI connection. If the Gateway has an ID of LCIRemote..., then it's a Bluetooth connection. Make sure the phone or tablet has both WIFI and Bluetooth settings enabled. Also make sure the One Control app has both settings enabled. Once I made sure the app itself had the correct settings everything worked as it should.
