Don’t forget to add the underscore _ where you see the gap with the code. If it all fails, like it did for me, have LCI send you a new gateway, which they did for me. Simple to replace and has been working flawlessly. Good luck!
We finally were able to pick up our D301RLT. Had trouble with the One Control app not connecting. After several days of trying different things to get it to connect I called Lippert. The Tech gave me some info about the Gateway that might help others. If the Gateway has a id of MyRv..., then it's a WIFI connection. If the Gateway has an ID of LCIRemote..., then it's a Bluetooth connection. Make sure the phone or tablet has both WIFI and Bluetooth settings enabled. Also make sure the One Control app has both settings enabled. Once I made sure the app itself had the correct settings everything worked as it should.
