Just trying to fill fresh water tank on 2019 Durango Gold 356rlt. Turned all knobs on panel to the correct positions, but nothing going into fresh tank. Was hooked up to city water and everything worked ok and last year filled the fresh tanks the same way I am trying to now. Is there something I am missing

Double check the valves, no reason not to work if it did last year, I've had no water inside because I had the valves the wrong way.

X2 on rechecking the valve positions. Also, mine has a note that states: "Do not switch valves while under pressure". Did you have pressure on the system? As Edd505 said, no reason not to work if nothing has changed. Happy Campin....

I tried draining the fresh water tank, but it does not seem to fill tank, I take it in 8-3 for some warranty work, I will have them check it

I had an issue similar to yours. I had a valve freeze (6 years doing nothing different while doing winterizing) and while it appeared to be functioning it wasn't.

Well i got it back after about 7 weeks at the dealer, For the roof leaking they just re-caulked all seams and checked to see if leaking around the AC unit, they said there were some areas where it looked light, they replaced some water valves and there were some fittings leaking. For the Norcold 2118, they re-ajusted the doors so the Flapper closes correctly and replaced the cooling system which is why they said it took so long waiting on Norcold. They also did other repairs like put the Headboard back on after it fell off, Fixed island panel that was coming off, some blind handles, some bumps in flooring where they were sticking up and a few other things

A work order after repairs should have been given to you stating what repairs was done ...
Do you now have a good flow of water to your fresh tanks ...

Yes i did get a work order with all repairs and will be saving that in case of further problems mostly with the roof leaking. Have not had the time to check water fill but I put it in storage and it everything worked to Winterize it. Will have to wait till spring before checking everything out, hopefully the frig works better. Had times when it would temps inside would get in the 50's
