We recently purchased 2 Lectric brand electric bikes. we had seen them on two trips and those owners loved them. So, if you have creaky knees, but still like to ride, these are a good alternative. Pedal if you want or go full electric. 20 mile range depends on how much you pedal or how fast you travel on the battery. 20 mph top speed is factory preset, but for those who feel the need for speed, it can be adjusted to 30 mph. We also bought a Hollywood brand bike rack. They have models specific for fifth wheel use, and will carry both our 62 pound bikes. Hope you are all surviving 2020 and it's daily challenges! Safe travels Kirt

Excellent idea, E bikes really seem to be catching on, makes sense as they allow everyone to get out and ride. Good idea to get the rack designed for the E bikes, there is a bit of weight to 'em. We just got a pair of regular bikes- the market here is crazy, everyone is running out of bikes.

Only work is charging the battery and any pedaling you want to do.

My brother bought 2 of them, for he and his wife. Specifically got folding bikes so he can put them in the back of his Beech Baron when they fly...wherever. :-)

I have a friend that has one of these bikes, rides it all over town an really seems to like it ... He stated that it didn't coast much, 2K, I said I get scared buying a bike at $100 rom a thrift store
He also has a big log chain that he locks his bike to when stopping someplace to eat or have coffee or sits where he can see it an grab the person who wants to own it more than him

Well they were only $899, and I don't have a log chain, but, I do have 2 braided cables and locks. 3 to be exact. Bolt cutters would be really handy trying to get them off.

Hey y'all. This looks very cool. We've been looking at Hollywood Racks' RV Rider rack for our 2 Lectric bikes. Wondering if you have had any problems with it fitting your Durango Gold (we have a 360REQ). Specifically, the distance between the trailer and the bikes; and the 350 lb TW requirement for the rack. Our tow package has a 300 lb TW limit. Assuming you do too, have you had any issues with this discrepancy? And it looks like the hitch pin hole under our trailer is about 3" back from the edge of the trailer which will only leave 12" between the back of the trailer and the center of the tire loop. Since the handle bars are 25" apart, will they bump up against the trailer? Is the ladder in the way? Did you have to add a hitch extender? We’d like to hear everyone’s experiences with this bike rack on a Durango Gold. Thanks, Julie & Tony

I bought one of these about a month ago. Perfect size as I can put it right in the sliding door of my minivan that I tow the camper with without folding it. Just roll it in. I have put about 130 miles on it zipping around campgrounds and our home town. It is a blast and so much easier on my old knees. It was pretty cheap also. It was $404 when I bought it at Walmart. I will upgrade soon to a bigger bike and the wife can ride this one. SOHAMO A2 Folding E-Bike

Retiredsubs I also have a 360REQ and use a hitch extender with the Hollywood rack to keep the handlebars from hitting the rear of the camper. Just completed a 8500 mile trip with no problems hauling our ebikes.

We always take the batteries off the bikes when we load them. It significantly reduces the weight and also deters folks from theft.

We bought Aventon Level.2's a few months ago and we love them. My wife has some physical limitations and with our old bikes we hardly went riding and when we did, she would stop at 4-5 miles. With the E-Bikes, we went on an 11 mile ride the other day and I was able to solo on a 28 mile ride....Just can't say enough about them!!
