Recently purchased a 2019 301BHSE. It has 2 coax connectors for the living room TV marked cable and satellite. Outside connections I have found is one on the back of the unit marked cable. Is there an outside satellite input connection I am missing somewhere? Have tried connecting and using a Dish Network system to the cable connection as was told to by the service department guy at the selling dealer with no success in getting the system working. They couldn't tell me if there was another dedicated outside connection for satellite usage? I haven't found one but I don't exactly know where to look either. Thanks!

They two will look alike, standard coax connector, it's the wiring that is different. I have a different model but there are two sat connections, one in the wet bay and one on the roof. Here's the wet bay top small gray circle in the rt top corner, bottom circles Cable connection.
Once the cable is connected to the input you need to set the TV to receive it, on mine I have to go into the menu and switch to the HDMI port 1 witch is the Wally connection. I also had to move a jumper behind the TV, sat systems stand alone. Cable & over the air share through the power supply, normally behind a TV. Mines on the roof behind the bedroom TV, light on antenna boosters on, off for cable. This also requires going into the TV menu and switching for OTA or cable. Once done you need to run scan for local channels.
