Prior to coming to Shipshewanna, we were considering going up to Mackinac. Anyone have any suggestions on where to stay?
We are also looking at working our way thru Minnesota and Wisconsin prior to Indiana
any help is welcome

Mill Creek Campgrounds, only 5 minutes from town. Wonderful views of the bridge. Was just talking with a friend this morning about going back for a long week-end.

We stayed at the Chamber of Commerce run campground in Irin River Michigan. Well maintained and nice.

Petosky RV Resort. Beautiful place. Half hour from Mackinaw Island. 22 mile bike trail across from the campground along Lake Michigan. Centrally located for all the sightseeing. Stayed there a week last summer. Concrete pads with large sites.

Last summer we went straight from Petosky to the factory in Shipshewanna. Easy ride.
