Does anyone know if the roof on a Classic is strong enough to walk on or sit on? We did a thorough cleaning the other day, but the aluminum roof could use a good scrubbing, noticed that it looks like the aluminum sheeting is just a skin over the frame? Doesnt appear to be a solid plywood or anything under it? Thanks for any input on this

Probably thin plywood under the aluminum. It might very well support you, but why risk it? If you want to wash the roof, just stand on a ladder, using a long handled car wash brush. If you have a serious need, such as sealing a roof vent, then get yourself some thin plywood (about 36" X 36" large enough to span truss to truss) That way if you misstep you don't create a divot/ dent in the aluminum. A very general rule is if the coach didn't come with a ladder, the manufacturer didn't build the roof to be walked on.

I have a 160RBT. My dealer told me DO NOT get on the roof, it won't hold.
