I have a 2015 Durango Gold 380FLF and looking at the Sailun 14 ply tires. Does anyone know if the 235 80R 16 tires will fit the rim's that came with the trailer. I am currently using Goodyea r Endurance E rated tires of the same size. I run 80 pounds in the Goodyear and my understanding is the Sailun tires use 110 pounds.

I am currently using Goodyea r Endurance E rated tires of the same size. I run 80 pounds in the Goodyear and my understanding is the Sailun tires use 110 pounds. To fully use a G-rated tire, the rims must have either a 110 psi or G weight stamp on them. Often they are stamped on the back side of the rim but sometimes can be stamped inside the valley of the rim, meaning you have to dismount a tire to check. There are those who will run a G tire at 80 psi but, IMO, that's harder on the tire. If your rims won't handle the 110 psi for the Sailuns, look at replacing all 5 rims and tires as a package deal and selling off your current tires. The Endurance are enjoying a decent reputation and you should get top dollar for them, even used. I'd bet that you'd get back nearly half the cost of replacing all the tires and rims. Biggest thing to remember when ordering new rims is that they're almost certainly zero offset and you =must= put zero offset rims back on or you can ruin the spindles and bearings in pretty short order. Lyles pretty much covered it, I think there have been some that have gone G & the OEM wheels were OK.

I used OEM rims with GY G614 G rated tires with no issues (the OEM rims were rated for 110 psi). I have since upgraded the wheels to 17 1/2” high spec aluminum wheels and GY G114 H rated tires. I have a 2017 381 REF Durango Gold..

101stairborne I have Sailun 14 ply 235 80R 16 tires on our5th wheel an our tire dealer stated they will fit on the rims that came with
the trailer an would handle 110psi... But I choose to upgrade my rims to a rim with a little more meat/metal on the bead
for peace of mind, but that's just me being sort of proactive in some ways ... There is also a member of the form that changed to Sailun 14 ply 235 80R 16 tires an kept the same rims that came on our G384RLT on his G384RLT from Kz an has no problems as far as I know ... We now have had the Sailuns on our G384RLT for over two years an am very happy with their performance ...
Safe Travels

I agree with Ronc, when they took off my OEM rims 110psi was stamped on all four rima, I went with a rim that had 125psi stamped on it but only run 100psi in my tires cold ... safe travels Chuck
