I have a 2020 model 322BHKLE. It has a cable input and satellite input outside the camper. I have used the cable input before and had no issues. Recently we bought a King satellite Tailgater Pro and I ran into problems when hooking it up. This satellite gets power from the coaxial. The only way it would power on and start to work was if I straight lined it to the TV in the living room. This meant opening a window and running the wire across my living room. I tried hooking it to the satellite input and I also tried hooking it to the cable input and it did not work. When I also straight lined it to a different TV mounted on the outside it worked so the issue was obviously the input ports on the outside of the camper.
Has anyone run into a problem like this? I pulled off the face plate above the fireplace to make sure everything was connected on the back side and it is. Calling dish network and King was absolutely no help at all. KZ suspects there is a problem with the wiring or a splitter and just said to turn it in for warranty work. I just don’t want to be without it for any length of time because we have at least two trips per month scheduled for the next few months.

Not familiar with your model but check you manual. There are 2 satellite ports one in the wet bay and one on the roof, to use the satellite you need to move a jumper behind the main TV. If you have moved that jumper you'll need to start trouble shooting. 1st does it work from the antenna to the sat box then TV. If yes it's a wire issue, seems common on the KZ's. You can get a flat connector to go through the window so it closes, I did this until I finally found the issue, bad barrel through wall connector. No idea how that could be bad, but not an issue since changed. While checking I found multi ends that just pulled off, bad crimps.
You'll need a tester, I got one like this from Home Depot under $30, good luck it's time consuming.

I might replace the barrels just to be sure. They shouldn’t cost much. What’s the wet bay? I’m still learning. It’s our first TT and we got it in Oct

I don’t have a 5w or an area like that. Only exterior ports are 1 cable by the ladder and 1 satellite by the door.

I'd start with a genital pull on the all cable ends, check splitters and make sure the connections are tight.

I don't normally respond to the forum threads, but feel compelled to do so ... you'd need to sign up for your dealer's "extended" warranty before considering a "genital pull". Just sayin'.
