For the past year, my black tank flush trickled water. The line is under the underbelly so I couldn't easily get to it. I poured 3 or 4 ounces of CLR in my hose and turned the water on for maybe 10 seconds. I let it sit for a minute and turned it on again for 10 seconds. Still slow. Gave it another minute and it flowed freely! I let it run for a good 5 minutes to flush the CLR out.

There is a check valve/vacuum breaker inside, probably near the water inlet and several feet above floor level. My guess is that the check valve was sticking. If you have problems in the future, replace that valve. The other possibility is that "stuff" plugged the nozzle in the tank. Be sure to keep your black tank valve closed till the tank is near full, then drain, flush and close the valve. See page 11.
