Help please! My Durango has the slow-rise blinds and the bottom rails are falling off! I can't figure out how to put them back on. It seems like I should be able to remove the ends and slide the shade back in, but the ends don't seem to want to come off. Any tips?

We have talked with Irvine, they stated that they had bad rails that they shipped out. Of course, no way to know what manufacture got them. These are blinds 4 and 5 for us, I'm thinking we got some of it.
