So I raised front and hit auto level. The 6pt lifted tires off ground on both sides. Is this ok? Also say one ram is leaking very small. Do I contact lipert or kZ?

While the hydraulic leveling system is capable of lifting the wheels off the ground it is not an ideal situation and would not leave it like that for an extended period of time. As far as the leaking ram, you will most likely get faster service by contacting LCI. How far into the warranty period are you?? There is a LCI customer service rep available on this site.

I agree with Jetzen I would contact LCI an get a service/repair number even if you are under warranty, the reason is that Kz will ask you if you have one if you contact them ... LCI CS is pretty good an I am sure they will steer you in the right direction, my dealings with them have been very positive with no BS ...
Also when calling LCI make sure you have your trailer serial number, make an model an date that you bought
the trailer, both LCI an KZ CS will ask you this right off the batt ...
Also I agree with Jetzen, if your tires are off the ground I wouldn't leave them that way for very long .... If you are going to leave your trailer setup for an extended length of time I would put planks under your tires/wheels so they are not hanging down ... I would also put some type of blocks/cribbing under your hydraulic leveling system so as to not extend the rams any more than needed, a short stoke on the rams is way way better than a long stroke an also help to stabilize the trailer as well ... I will add if you have for the most part extended the rams as far as they can go or close to completely extended them, this may be the reason that you have a small leak because the ram is up against the seal an pressing hard against it (not good !!!)...

November will be two years The LCI warranty will be for 1 year, so you are out of warranty with them. However they would still be my first call. Example 3 years into ownership my king pin failed. 1 call to LCI and a new upgraded kingpin was dropped shipped to me no charge. I had no intention of asking for a warranty replacement I just wanted some basic info to make sure I was ordering the correct part. I had every intention of buying a new king pin from etrailer, to my surprise they replaced it with an upgrade.

So I raised front and hit auto level. The 6pt lifted tires off ground on both sides. Is this ok? Also say one ram is leaking very small. Do I contact lipert or kZ? Two things come to mind. One, is the trailer level with the wheels off the ground? If not, you may need to re-calibrate the system. Two, if the trailer's level, how much slope are you on? If you're on a goodly slope fore and aft, it wouldn't surprise me that you could have all the wheels off the ground. I know it doesn't take much side-slope to have the wheels on one side off the ground. My biggest issue with the LCI system is that is always seems to level UP, never DOWN. I'd love to have an option on the menu to drop X inches and re-level, simply to get wheels back ON the ground. Personally, I don't worry too much about it as the jacks' lifting capacity is probably 3x your FW's GVW. Lyle

I hit retract all jacks and then auto level. It is now level with tires on ground and much less movement when someone is walking on other end of rv. I do have stones that are probably 6” thick under all legs.
