This might be a dumb question but the owners manual is terrible and doesn't provide these kind of details. I have two grey water tanks - 2020 Durango Gold 382MBQ. When the first grey tank fills up, will it automatically go into the second tank?

I have a front living Durango with two tanks and they have separate dumps. I have to have two hoses into a Y connection.

No. They are separate tanks. On our 384rlt one is the bathroom sinks and shower and washer. The other is the kitchen sink and dishwasher. They aren’t connected to each other.

Our 2019 371RTL, is the same as kathyed. One grays tank is for bath sink and shower, the other is kitchen sink and dishwasher. Both have valves to close/drain. I think a hair under 50 gals each.

On a Gold 384RLT, there are 2 gray tanks but they feed into one drain outlet, not two, thank goodness.

If your gray tanks are some distance apart, one can overfill the other when the trailer is not level. If you connect the two, you better put a valve between them.

If your gray tanks are some distance apart, one can overfill the other when the trailer is not level. If you connect the two, you better put a valve between them. With 2 gray tanks you normally get 2 gray & 1 black valves. One gray dumps out one outlet & the other gray & black out the second out let. All 3 tanks have gate valves and I normally dump black, kitchen gray, bath gray last to flush the hose.

If the lower one cannot accommodate the liquid from the higher one, overflow will happen. What you described is the usual setup, I have that. The discussion was about connecting the two grays, and I wanted to alert those that are contemplating connecting the two that they need to be aware of the problem.

The OP does not understand the RV systems, at least not the tanks. Going back to the very first question, the answer is no.
