On Thursday I will be picking up our new 2013 280BH and I would like any advice I can get on the walk through. I consider this my last chance to find any problems and still have the dealer address them.
Are there any areas of concern?

I prefer the common-sense approach. If something just "seems not right", than it probably is not right. If he/she makes a comment like "that should" tell them to make sure it does.
DO NOT be afraid to open every door, check every latch, ask the what if, how to questions. When you leave the dealer, you should feel comfortable knowing that you have a basic understanding how everything works, and what you should do (or not do) with the basic operations.
Be nit-picky. If it is going to bother you everytime you see it when you walk into the trailer...have it fixed now. Do not just say: "oh, I guess it will be ok".
In basic terms...do not feel rushed, try not to get overwhelmed with excitement over your new home. Take your time, look it over, ask questions. Things may still come up on that madien voyage (or subsequent trips) but atleast you will have narrowed down the obvious.
oh yeah....have fun!!!! Picking up the new toy should be a joyous occassion! Happy Camping.

Check every switch, latch, valve, bulb, speaker and button. Do not take their word or be mislead by a checklist. My previous 5th wheel had one of the surround sound speakers not connected to the amp, and the wiring harness was not plugged in to the water heater. Both items were "checked" on their list, but had to be corrected by me. Make sure you get all the remote controls for everything that uses one. Make sure you get owners manuals for every thing installed on your unit - you will need them someday.
