I just recently bought 2020 KZ Durango Gold 382MBQ. It took me a little bit to find Cellular Gateway which has the SSID and Password shown to connect to the Wifi but I was eventually able to connect to that Wifi, control the slides, lights, awnings, etc from phone. Very Cool, however when connected that Wifi I am unable to browse the internet. I attempted to purchase data plan at store.lci1.com/connectanywhere-upgrade. I logged in and clicked “data plans”. This page then asks you to “Claim your Device” and asks for the “Claim code”. It says “Please enter the claim code on your device label”. I do not see a claim code printed anywhere. This manual shown here -> lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws.com/manuals/electronics/ccd-0001734.pdf states the “KCODE, SSID, PASSWORD, IMEI and Claim Code information printed on the OneControl Cellular Gateway label”. Mine is not, the gateway label only has SSID and Password on it. The manual shown at the previous URL also shows a LCI cloud gateway, which I don’t think I have or at least I cannot find it. Inside the Fifth Wheel there is a plate stating “This RV is prepped for OneControl ConnectAnywhere giving you enhanced control features and 4G LTE connectivity”. That makes me think I have the capability but I cannot figure it out. You would think a manual or something came with this, but I received nothing related to this. Has anybody else had any related issues? Does anybody use the OneControl Wifi in your Fifth Wheel to connect to internet? Any help is much appreciated.

LCI seems to be pretty responsive. Might want to give them a call. Have your info available, including gateway s/n, if you can find it.

zhavins I have been wrong before many times but as far as I know your Wifi is just for your 5th wheel itself an not to connect to the outside world ... Thus as you see you can control your slides, awnings, cap lights, leveling ETC but not connect to the internet ... I say this because of my experience with our 5th wheel an seeing post in the last few years related to the Durango Gold series of trailers ... Again I may be wrong since I have not been able to see or test drive the new Durango Gold Trailers ... Safe Travels Chuck

Safe Travels Chuck From what I found in the LCI site, this new set up allows you to connect to the internet via cell signal & then establish a wifi network/ "hotspot" in your coach. The factory is prewiring new coaches with a roof mounted antenna. You do have to buy a data plan from LCI & get a SIM card from AT&T. It looks like a pretty cool set up, but at this point getting an antenna wire to the roof could be challenging.

Thank you. I sent LCI tech support an email. I will let you know if anything useful comes from that communication.

Saw this interesting video regarding the OneControl network being integrated into a Pepwave router so the controls can be accessed through the WAN. I have a Pepwave on order, I may look into this further after I get my Pepwave LAN up and running. www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7Qpx_4d78I&t=2192s
