Hey everybody, Been down in Cottonwood AZ for almost a week and everything on my 2020 318 has been working great. Only concern I have is with the less vital stuff like the Furrion radio. It is nothing but static and I looked all over the exterior to see if they have someplace to attach an antenna to make it audible. There is nothing there that was pre-wired that I can find. Any suggestions on how to get reception? Another thing, can you get your bedroom tv to work off the directv box in the living room tv, or do you need another box.
thanks Peter

Peter,
In the beginning my radio was attached to the antenna/cable system. Disconnected it from that and made a stand alone antenna for it (inside the wall) and it's been working fine ever since. It isn't a Furrion but a Jensen, not that it matters. As far as running two tv's on satellite, you need two boxes. My automatic satellite has two outputs. Happy Campin….

I think the newer rigs have the radio antenna coupled with the television antenna. Since you're using directv, I'm guessing you're not using your antenna. As a test, try turning on the antenna booster (it could mess up your tv signal) and see if your radio works.

johnr is right, your radio is coupled with TV antenna, I'm not sure but you might have to change the jumper behind the bedroom TV an then turn on the booster to see if the radio works ... As johnr stated it will mess up your TV reception ... As the OP stated you might want to try attaching an antenna on the back of the radio disconnecting the lead that is already attached to the radio in order to use it Safe Travels Chuck
