KZ does authorize mobile repair for the Gold series as many live in them, I have had them do so for me and I'm about 3/4 time.

Also, since KZ is a smaller mfr, you're likely not going to have many choices of dealer anyway so, if necessary, go to the nearest dealer or simply call KZ and get a mobile repair authorized. Lyle

We live in DFW area, and 2 weeks ago purchased a Durango Gold at Gibbs Outdoor in Waco. To this point, I have no complaints. We took our first trip last weekend and found a few things that needed to be addressed. Sent an email to their service/warranty writer, parts needed were ordered today, and service will be the next couple weeks. They stated when we purchased trailer, their customer's needs come first, so we will see. We got the best price on our trailer there than I found online in the country. Family run business, so the employees have a vested interest. Good luck!

Of course that was pre-Thor, so that says something about the new management. :-( Lyle

I have been able to get to my dealer each time I've needed service and have not needed mobile service so far but I was told by KZ that mobile service is allowed since I live in it full time but I would have to pay the mobile company's trip charge. The parts and labor would be covered under warranty by KZ.

I agree, I was told by Kz repair manager a year ago that they would ship the parts I needed to any RV repair shop I wanted an authorize repair under warranty since I couldn't wait in Indiana for them to do all the repairs needed ... I went back to my selling dealer because the local RV repair shop couldn't do the small body work needed to reinstall our slide topper ... I have to say I am not a fan of our selling dealer but this time they screwed up an did things right LOL Safe Travels Chuck

We picked up our 366 today from Gibbs RV in Waco. They had it 17 days for the warranty work, and considering 4 days lost to Christmas and New years and a couple lost to a weekend, I'm thinking that is ok. Of course, we had a couple parts ordered which came in wrong, so with the holiday shut down at KZ, those things are yet to be fixed. Staff there is very accommodating for drop off and pick up. All in all, good service! Kirt
