Just 6 days till our first trip in our 196S. We are all very excited, the kids can not wait. 3 1/2 hour drive across PA from Jersey. A fun filled weekend at Hersey Park. There is a great campground there, but this will be our first time without a tent.

Good for you! I'm sure you'll have a great time. Be careful and bring in the awning at the first sign of wind, and don't wait till dark to figure out how to do it. Just my helpful hint of the day having just broken our 196S awning on our first trip out this weekend!

We will be in Lancaster next week on our shakedown trip with the new Stoneridge. This is our second KZ 5er and from past experience I'm pretty sure you will not miss the tent!  Have a great first trip with your camper! PS---if you do miss the tent--try throwing some stones between the sheet and mattress of your bed before you go to sleep! ;D |
