We are new to RVing and after one quick trip we are already scouring the calendar looking for space to take trips! We are pulling a 2020 313RL with an F250 6.7L. So far so good! I ahve posted a couple issues in the Connect list that we are looking for help on.

Welcome to the forum!! Looked to answer or give advice about the questions you had but couldn't find them. Where did you post them?? on the general board. I need help with figuring out how to backtrack and find out why the neither the cable or antenna work. i did the ususal turnig the filter on/off and hooking to the different lines behind the tvs but nothing. hooked line directly to tv and it worked. Also, no inof on the "Connect" brand tv came with the trailer.
More importantly, what is the best mod for the wall behind the stove to protect the walls from cooking splatters? Wife found a couple options at home depot and online.
Everything else seems to work well but got to have something for the kids to do when the rain is coming down or to get out form under adult feet for wind down time.
thanks.

The thing you call a "filter" may be the amplifier power supply, and it may switch connection between cable and antenna. I would pull it out and start checking for issues there. Did you scan for channels with the switch in both on and off positions and the TV set to cable and then antenna? The TV is likely the cheapest low quality thing known to man. We can't see it from here, so we have no idea of the antenna brand or type or if it is amplified. If you could post photos of the antenna and the switch, then we might be able to help.
As for backsplash, buy what you like keeping in mind that heavy materials might not be the thing for light weight walls bouncing down the highway. Many use the peel and stick material from Home Depot or Lowe's.

Many have had issues with the KZ cabling, I lost track of how many bad ends were in mine. I have satellite in mine and it would only work when I connected the antenna direct to the receiver. You will find the cables are bad or incorrectly routed. Attached is the King Antenna trouble shooter, If you need more I have a basic TV cabling schematic somewhere.
