We just bought a 2020 Connect and cannot find information on the CONNEX television that came installed. Specifically, we cant get it to read the videos on the external HD via the USB connection. Anyone else have this eissue? have a manual for operating the tV? or know how to fix it? Came across the issue becasue the cable would not work on the trailer either...later found out if i run the cable directly from the campground to the television then it worked!
Other than that, we love the camper!

One thing that's a =very= common issue, is having the antenna amp ON. Make sure it's OFF or it will screw stuff up.

Amp on when watch TV over the Air Amp off when watching Cable As Stated follow the Furrion instructions because furrion makes the Connex tv But there should have been a manual included with your trailer when you bought such : Ugh something to add to PDI List, Check for manuals for all appliances during PDI Chuck

We tried the same thing to connect through the USB. Only could view pictures. The alternative is to go through a ROKU TV box or Amazon fire. You can hook to the USB and go through Thurmer app to watch. I have not found the codes to this TV so I can get to one remote. It is a hassle.

With the price of the smart TVs today, we just replaced them and solved the issues.

With the price of the smart TVs today, we just replaced them and solved the issues. If you're a sports fan, avoid LG "smart" TVs. They, apparently, have no agreement or app for ESPN, which catches a =lot= of people by surprise. It amazes me, given the reviews with how many people have returned them, that stores will even stock them. I have one and ended up buying another Roku box as I already have an account and another box set up. Now, I have all my "stations" in one place. Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice TV with a great picture, just has lousy channel apps. Lyle

I have only had my 326rlt for 4 days, but where would the amp switch be to turn on and off for the digital antenna? I will check the manuals tonight but figured I would ask here since it was brought up. Thanks

I have a 336vrk and it is with the main tv. Just look for the connection of tv's to the wall and one will have a small black push button.

Thanks for the information on the location of the amp for the outside antenna. I did find it on the ceiling behind the bedroom TV.

With the price of the smart TVs today, we just replaced them and solved the issues. I have both a Samsung and LG TV. Both have a USB connection. They are only capable of showing pictures, not video.
