Where are the low point drains on 2020 Durango Gold 385FLF? We’re trying to winterize and can’t seem to find them. The dealership that sold us the Durango can’t seem to locate them either.

Emailed KZ and they called me within the hour. Lady seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. 1. 2 sets of low point drains, outside, underneath RV A. Hot and cold lines 1. Blue and red 2. Lined-up with a sink B. Fresh water tank 1. 3 lines together, with 1 valve 2. Usually 2 white/1blue, but may be all white 3. Door side, between slides, closer to dinette slide. 4. Lines up with spare tire that’s in cabinet. 2. Hot water tank A. Octagonal bolt is Anoid Rod B. Take out and once water drained/blown out replace with rubber plug C. Can put anoid rod back in, but not recommended. 3. She “can’t say never” about not being poked thru underbelly. But SHE hasn’t heard of it with this RV, only RVs with extra drains. Not sure what that might be 🤷♀️

Ours in the 384 are just below the hot water tank an the fresh water tank drain is just inside between the tires on the right side of the trailer ... Also make sure you pull the rod out of the hot water tank, before doing such let the hot water tank cool off an open the overflow valve ...
Call Kz Customer service an ask them to point in the direction of either the repair shop of an engineer who
designed the trailer ...
