Has anyone done temporary additions to their dining table/bed to make it more comfortable for sleeping? I am thinking of an air mattress on top of the regular cushions when we change it to a bed.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance, Randy

Might want to try one of these, I used them M/C camping in a tent. When I saw the price it was ?? They asked if I had my keys with me, though them on the floor, put the mattress over them and said lay down. I bought two. They come in different width & length for back packers, roll small & self inflate. Want a bit firmer, add a breath or two. I still have mine. If you were closer I could make you a deal, I think shipping would be too much.

I bought a 3 inch twin mattress topper, it’s comfortable and fits great.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Randy Bought a Dream Foam Arctic Dreams Cooling Gel Mattress this spring. Fit and worked great. Paid about $250 on sale. We just leave it in bed mode all the time. Installed a small table to the bench seat that we have for dining if are inside. But mostly we are outside sitting anyway.

I still use mine stored in my shop. I have removed everything inside mine except the love seat so no over night stays. My son does stay over on a rare occasion so I break out the mattress.

We took out our booth and replaced with a pull-out couch. If you space constrained you could try a jackknife couch. Not sure if either of these are more comfortable. We have a 3” full size mattress we unroll on top of the bed.
