What is the proper sealant to fix, what appears to be the rubber roof separating from trim along the length of the RV.
Also there is some separation along rear roof trim where a previous fix had been applied.
Roof appears to be EPDM white surface/black underside. Chalky residue.
*update* looks like dicor lap sealant; the non-leveling kind. I'd like to find an alternative sealant at a local hardware store. I think I need to use denatured alcohol or simple dish soap before applying the dicor.
