Maybe this is a stupid question, but does anyone know what this is all about? The stickers on the camper say its pre-wired for Wi-Fi, does that mean there is a port or something that you can connect a Wi-Fi router/antenna like togo to the roof? It says to go to kingconnect.com for more info but it doesn't tell me what the camper actually has.

wingnut There is no stupid quesstion only the one that is not ask When doing your PDI this is a question to be asked of the RV Tech doing your PDI walk thought or the salesman showing the trailer
I would say this if I saw auch on the side of the trailer it would mean the trailer has WIFI already wired into the
trailer for the operation of the stabilizer jacks, awning operation, slide operation etc ... Many of these newer trailer have all this wired in, it really makes you lazy after owning a trailer with such LOL, all you do is push buttons to level your trailer, open slides an put out awnings Ugh !!!
Safe travels

Thanks Chuck, I did ask Sam, our sales guy, and he didn't know. What surprised me is that he just got back from their rv show that rolled out the new 2020's. This model has some new upgrades, compared to the 2020 model we looked at earlier in the year. It has all switches to control the awnings, slides, lights, thermostats... which we wanted, so we intentionally bought a camper without the computer Wi-Fi controlled functions. We had a horrible experience with the momentums one control system, which was linked to Wi-Fi. It constantly froze up, even after they replaced it. So the pre-wired Wi-Fi has to be for something else, I'm hoping it is pre-wired on the roof to hook-up a Wi-Fi antenna such as they sell on the site they directed me to, kingconnect.com, but I'm looking into the togo antenna/router. Through ATT you can get unlimited internet for 360/yr. and it costs approx. 600$ for the togo unit.

wingnut I many be wrong here an I'm sure someone can correct or will (LOL)but the WIFI is only for the functions of your trailer from you phone an not outside Wi-Fi... You can download the APP from the Lippert (LCI) site, the
salesman should have known this because the WIFI for the Kz Durangos an Durango Golds been around for some
time now four five years in one form or another ... Over on the Durango thread there is a discussion on the new
APP an a Tech from LCI answering questions if you PM him ...
We looked at some of the newer models at the factory this year, as you stated lots of nice upgrades, some I believe good an a few not so good in some models ... But more bells an whistles also mean more things that can go wrong (LOL)
Have fun an enjoy you new rig, Kz I believe are a cut above most of the others in their price range
Happy camping an be safe
