If water is coming out from the belly near the black tank, then you will need to drop the Coroplast in that area. With the Coroplast down, you will see how to repair it. There is always the possibility that the hose wore thru on a sharp edge, or a screw was driven thru it. Not a fun job.

I'm sorry I didn't check the spelling of what I said it looks like it's a regular water line that runs from the back of the trailer to the middle of black water tank I already have the corrugated cardboard down and the insulation out from the subfloor I see where it has sprung a leak right over the wheels I was wondering if I should just replace the whole line or try to splice it where the leak is sorry for not checking my spelling earlier

Is it a hole in the hose? Was it damaged from wear? Is it just a cheap, low quality hose? Home Depot should have the high quality hose in the plumbing department.

I would not splice if it's not an issue to just run new. I
