Just needing reassurance I guess..we have discovered that the slide floor is detaching from wall.. dinette an 2 recliners sit in this slide out. If i were to slide it out I believe it would have fallen to the ground or not been able to slide back in, it appears to be hanging on with 1 screw. So as we are getting hooked up to take to dealer in the morning 2 hours away ( unfortunately I won't be able to go, which may be a good thing LOL) I noticed the seam outside under where the bed is, which goes over the bed of pickup, us coming apart. We purchased this KZ sportsman 5th wheel May 2019. It is a 2019 303rl. This is our 2nd KZ. First time with problems ..,should these problems be covered by warranty??? Service manager said she would take more pics and send to manufacturer for approval on warranty?Floor pic to large. 😒

Thank you !! So far they are getting into shop. Thinks slide is no issue in fixing. Appears several screws were in but totally missed catching wall! They can't figure how the "hangover" buckled out the fiberglass. Asked if we may have hit with truck bed/gate. Which was an absolute no to that. Keep fingers crossed all goes well! Makes me nervous wreck! I'll keep ya posted!

I can say I have had screws vibrate loos on our side panels an fender skirts, I fixed the screws on the fender skirts by attaching small metal blocks to the back of the side panels so the screws had some meat to grab onto, ever since then no problem on the screws I did this to ... Safe Travels Chuck

Quick update. In shop since September 4th. Keeping in touch about every 2 weeks. Waiting on parts! Lost invoice at some point. I have spoke with KZ who did explain process of having to cut the metal and flooring along with assembly line of new trailers. Will say SHE at KZ was not real interested in my point. I won't call out names... Parts should be in any day now ..I asked if it was going to be another month ! SHE did say we should have it back before that. We shall see.
