2017 Gold 355 rlt went to run main A/C and nothing happened. Troubleshooting showed no 12 volts to thermostat. Where does this come from? Two sets of thermostat wire run towards ceiling. Jumped power from another source and A/C and heater now both work. Looking for ideas on a fuse or whatever might be wrong so I do not have to back feed power.

tom1500 Awhile back I had a problem similar to yours, my main A/C wouldn't come on nor did I have power to some power plugs on left an right side of the trailer ...
Bedroom A/C would work but some power ootlets wouldn't, couldn't figure it out till I looked outside at
the 50 amp power cord plugged into the traier, it was out about an inch or maybe a little less, put it
all the way in an tightened the fitting/flange an everything came to life ...
So saying all this check your power inlet to make sure you are plugged in all the way, as I found out even if it's a little out from the trailer you may have problems, lesson learned
Thus you might start with checking you power cord to make sure it's ok, check where your plugged in to make sure you have the full amperage coming to the trailer an then if all that is ok check the power plug on the tailer to make sure it's ok an not burned an all the receiver pins look nice an shiny...
I'm not sure about your trailer but in ours the power panel an main breaker are in the pantry, so you might try resetting the main breaker an see what happens
These are only Idea's I can think of, there are some very smart people on the form that may have better idea's than me

thanks chuck for all your suggestions, however I am only missing the 12volt control voltage. Everything else on 110 runs fine.

Ok Tom Well you might try calling the Kz factory Service dept an asking them where the 12volt control voltage is coming from ... The only other way would be to test the wiring with a multi meter coming from the A/C down to the wiring in the thermostat which is a real pain in the backside an that may be what the Kz service department may say ... Again only suggestions an not answers Ugh !!! Safe Travels Chuck PS: I sent you a PM

12V comes from the (A/C control box) inside the A/C unit. Remove your ceiling cover and look up in the unit and you should see a box with all the wires going into it. Check for 12V output there. Just worked on one last week. The romex goes in one side (careful with the 120V) and you can see the tabs where the stat attaches. Happy Campin....
