Hello all I just purchased a 2012 MXT 20. I live in central Illinois, for now. Interested to know any ins and outs. I guess I should have paid a little more attention, but got home and the tires are the original tires with build date of 0911. Figure I should replace them. Any suggestions?

Welcome!
I think you have 14" wheels, so my suggestion would be Goodyear Endurance tires and not cheap Chinese tires.
You should clean, inspect, service and adjust brakes, wheel bearings and your suspension so that you know that it is a safe and reliable trailer.

Welcome to the Kz Form an Family I agree with lynnmor, also inspect the roof an make sure it is sealed properly so you won't get an water damage within the trailer Safe Travels an again welcome Chuck

Welcome to KZ and the forum. Lynnmor and Chuck said most all of it. Only thing I would add is having the propane system leak checked. Due to need for a specialized gauge (a manometer) and some training you should probably have a local RV dealer or propane supplier do this check.

I have the same year and trailer, on the tires I changed from radials to belted tires. if you have a blow out the tire will go away if you have a radial it will beat the crap out of your trailer.
