Does anyone have any ideas on this? I have emailed them, filled out the web form and no reposnses. I called and got a voice mail of a guy named Neil and left a message. I tried him back and there is no way to enter his extension #. I keep getting routed to someone elses voicemail. I am getting more and more frustrated with KZ and my local dealer every day and I have not even taken delivery yet. Maybe some other RV maker would like my business.

When we got our Montego Bay there was no owners manual for the RV itself but a whole stack of manuals for just about every thing that was installed when it was built. We spent a whole night filling out warranty cards for everything from mor ride suspension ,to the furance,water heater, and the TV sets. That is just a few to give you an idea of what to ask for.

The owners manual that comes in the stack of pamplets and registration cards contains very basic info. I have owned several TT & 5th wheels and every manafactur is pretty much the same. You get this stack of manufacturer materials, etc.
Don't let a booklet stop you from purchasing your Spree. So far I love our Stoneridge. KZ is a great company to work with if you have a problem with your unit.

I have been looking for a owners manual for a kz sportsmen sportster 26p toy hauler with no luck at all. good luck I also emailed kz with no reponse

My 30TH didn't come with overall manual. Each device has its own manual on how to operate it.

KZ does not make an owners manuel specific to that trailer.

It took a while but KZ did send me a owners manual but it was a general one. I searched internet and found online manuals for the fredg, heater, water heater, power panel and ect and printed them off. Was also able to find literature on the camper its self.
