Mounted the bedroom TV and the TV over the dinette. First time doing this and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.   |

Nice work what did you have to do to make sure there was something solid to attach mounts to?

I used a stud finder and tapped with a knuckle on the wall. When I found where I wanted the screws I drilled a small hole then pushed a small nail in to see if there was something solid behind. I used 1 1/2" screws. The dealer was no help and KZ said it would be a 6 x 12 metal plate. It was 1/2" or 3/4" wood and I would probably guess at least 12 x 12.
