I've purchased a wired rear view camera system for our 2013 Durango 1500 2857. I would have loved to go wireless but opted for the reliability of a TFT LCD mirror monitor with hard wiring to a CCD infrared camera. The question is this: When running the camera wire from the front to the rear I plan on going underneath the rv. But then my question becomes how to get the wire unobtrusively from the floor to the ceiling then to the center. I know the rear wall seems to be solid. Can I fish the wire up through the inside of a side wall adjacent to one of the rear corners. I have the insulation package also so would that present a problem to fishing a wire. My other option though less desirable is run the wire up the inside corner try to disguise it and run up into the ceiling cabinets that run across the rear of the rv, then to the center for hook up to the camera. I have a rear ladder so I guess I could potentially run the wire up the inside of the ladder vertical tubes. Without a blueprint of the rv's construction its hard to know what to do and I don't want to start drilling holes until I know what i'm likely to encounter. What do the pros do? THANKS :-/

No advice ... but you've described the benefits of a wireless system.
