Thank you so much for the encouragement to use 3M Command Adhesive hooks!
One more question: my KZ Escape 196s has a full size queen bed in it. Sheets are easy. What about a comforter though? The bed is flush to the wall and open on the other side. A comforter that is queen size will be really long on the side since it can't hang down on the other. Do I do a twin size comforter and fight my husband for it? Is there a better idea? :-)

I use a king size & turn it - - top to bottom becomes side to side - - hangs long on sides -- with not to much hanging on bottom

We use regular sized sheets / covers and wrap the wall side around and underneath.
We just make it like usual, pull the mattress away from the wall, lean on it (at the overhang) so all the bedding falls, tuck it under and slide it back to the wall. It looks like hospital staff made it when its done. (just pull them out when its time for sleeping)
When it comes to bedding, bigger is always better. At 3am, you can always remove, but you can't add without getting up and making noise.

I have the 196s also and used all queen bedding and make it up like a day bed. Bought some body pillows to soften up the area.
