I’ve noticed some construction debris and or dead bugs in some light fixture but I can’t seem to figure out how to remove these to clean them. Anyone done this before?

Have not seen that exact same light fixture but the lens should pop off and may need a little persuasion with a screwdriver. To remove the housing, there'll be some screws holding it to the luan plywood which are most likely robertson head type. Sawdust everywhere in hidden spaces is common. I'd suggest taking down all the lights and cleaning out sawdust and anything else you might find so it won't reappear on the lenses again. Also removing the trim for the AC unit, skylight, fan and roof vents would be a good idea.

I’ve pretty much gotten all the other spots where sawdust had accumulated.

My light like that is hard to get the cover off. I had the dealer get it off last time I was there for service. He told me that it is a little hard and he did have to pry on it as mentioned by the other person.
