I'm not sure I'm posting in the right spot....
I have a new KZ Spree 196s and am outfitting it this week, hoping to camp soon. I'd like to install 4 hooks for towels in the bathroom and a paper towel holder in the kitchen. For the bathroom, I was thinking 3M Command Adhesive hooks. I'm worried though about them pulling the paneling apart. I think the adhesive is great, but I'm not sure the paneling can hold the load. Or I could use "real" hooks, but is it safe to run screws into the paneling? How do you know where the electrical is run?
Thank you!

We also have many of the Command hooks in our 5er and think they are great. When I hung a paper towel holder under our kitchen cabnet I had to use really short screws so they wouldn't poke thru the inside shelf of the cabnet so I put some GE silicone between the holder and cabnet and the screws basically just held it in place while the silicone cured. It is a fairly heavy wood holder so there is a fair amount of weight there and 3 years later it was still secure.

Command hooks should of been make for trailers. My trailer might be only 196 but it has plenty of wall space.

Over the door holders are great too and come in sizes for small cabinets and doors. No screws to worry about.

I just use an over the door set-up from the dollar store that has four hooks. Works for us.

Note that the 3M stuff works really great, but doesn't tolerate real high temps. I, too, have them all over my camper, but when it sits in 90+ degree temps (way warmer inside) they tend to fail, especially if the side they are on is in direct sunlight.
Just my 2 cents.

That is something I never thought about and is good to know. The only time our RV gets hot is when we are on the road--having an african grey traveling with us the AC is always on.

You shouldn't have any issues. When we aren't using ours, it sits in the sun and that's when it gets really hot inside.
