So dealer that is working on my gold was kinda saying issues is why they don’t sell gold line. Was trying to tell me that is why they sell cedar creek. I like my kZ gold just wondering if anyone has any input on this? I know they can be a lot more $$$. But most of that looks like pretty shiny stuff not build difference.
Sounds to me like the dealer was trying to sell you a trailer ...
As jetzen stated Kz stands behind their product 150 percent, maybe not the dealers but Kz stands behind such, if
your at a Cedar Creek dealer their going to tell you the other brand is junk an their product is a whole lot better
Ask the dealer an have him show you in writing is the Cedar Creek covered by a true 2 year bumper to bumper
warranty an do the really stand behind such ...
Also if you look I believe the build quality in the Gold line is top notch, when comparing our Kz G384RLT to other
MFG of the same price point i do see many differences such as drawer slides, overall hardware, cabinet hinges an
doors, trailer frames, lighting placements an storage as well as MFG support...
As you stated you see allot of shiny stuff of which I call bling, but the build difference is allot different, much cheaper
an you start to see plastic for water faucets an draw slides not metal, you see different material for the walls...
The appliances in either more than likely are the same, same furnace, same frig, same micro wave or convention
oven, same gray an black water holding tanks, same LED lighting, trailer fame built by Lippert (LCI) which have
different specks than what Kz has, more than likely same Lippert leveling system all at a higher price point than
what a Kz Gold is but with much less build quality structure wise ... Do they use the same staples, more than
likely, the same screws were an if used, more than likely, the same glue, more than likely but how they are used
an what material is used is more import, look at the basic's not the bling
has to say, read about such over on the Good Sam form or IV2 forms, you will see allot of the same complaints
over there that you read here on appliances an LCI leveling systems but far more on bad support from Forest River
an their dealer base than what you see here from Kz owners ...
As Ronc has stated once up a time here on the form, you have to look past the BS filter to see the real truth
