new to this forum and looking forward to learn some things and make our Connect camper better and our camping experience better. We just got our Connect 291 RL a few weeks ago. Run into a few problems so it is back in the shop which I am not too happy about but hoping it all gets taken cared of before we take it camping memorial day.

Thank you for the warm welcome. After reading Chuck"s PDI paper I realized it was all my fault with the travel trailer. It was new and things are bound to happen. I just think mine was the last one rolling out on a Friday evening after work. Lol. I am lucky that my dealer is awesome and they are on top of it and taking it seriously about what has happened. Looking forward to this forum. I have learned a lot just from reading other posts.

Your welcome on the PDI list, but I can't take credit for all of the list, others have helped add things that I hadn't thought
of myself or just didn't remember 
I only wish that 1st time owners an other older owners would read such to remind them of things to look for before they looked at a new or even a used unit before they signed on the dotted line  No matter how many years you been camping you always learn something every year. little tricks that help you setup, ways
to story things, types of upgrades an new routes to new camp grounds
There are allot of great people on this form with lots of information an knowledge about many, many things, so read an sort
thought all the threads i'm sure you will enjoy most all of it in one way or another ...
Glad you got a great dealer, please add them to the Good or Bad dealer list so other may benefit ... As well if you know something that can help an owner jump in the waters fine ...
Safe Travels an happy camping may you have many memories of your outings an camp

Chuck, I have had a lot of campers, pop up campers, tents and everything else. I never knew for a PDI to be like that and wished I had seen that after I got mine. But again thank goodness for my dealer. But got word Friday gonna take about 4 weeks for the new couch to come in. They took care of everything else tho.

Welcome to the forum! We have only had a couple little issues that I have fixed myself on out 241RLK, other than that, I can’t fault it, it’s build quality is far better than a friends 2018 keystone bullet 330bhs, it’s been at the dealer for warranty repairs for almost 2 months in total since they bought it last August.
