I just bought a KZ Spree 28ft TT. I am towing with a 2012 Expedition 5.4 V8 XLT with heavy duty towing pkg. The Exp. has a smooth soft ride under normal driving. When I hook up the TT with the weight distribution and sway control it still feels a little light in the front. I called the local Ford dealer and talked about the Firestone airbags. They have never installed them but would if I could find some for the Exp. I called another local truck and trailer dealer and they could not find the airbags that would fit a 2012 Expedition. I have ordered a pair of Sumo Springs rubber rings that slide in between the coils on the back suspension. Any suggestions?

What have you got for a weight distributing hitch. You need one, and if you don't, your front end will definitely feel light. You should take your trailer and TV to a commercial truck scale and weigh both. There is a correct procedure for this. You also need to know what your TV payload capacity is so that you don't overload it. Don't know where you get 440 lbs for a hitch weight from. Is that from the manufacturer? If so, that's a dry hitch weight and is going to be higher after propane tanks, battery(ies) and trailer payload are added on top of that figure. That's were going to a scale confirms exactly what you have.
We have a 2013 Spree 261RKS with UVW of 5,237 lbs and hitch weight (dry) of 545 lbs. We tow with a 3/4 ton truck and Reese WDH hitch. There's no way we could tow without a WDH.

Are you sure your WD Hitch is installed and adjusted properly? You can also try to move some of your heavier stuff in the cargo area to the rear or as close to the axles as possible. Ideally your back bumper of your tow vehicle should be very close to the same height with and without the trailer when the WD hitch is hooked up. If this doesn't hold true I would start with re-adjusting by either your dealer or if they put it on the first time maybe look to another installer for help. Happy Camping!
