I have sent two request forms from the KZ website to the factory regarding a tour. No one replied. I spoke to customer service and sales regarding a tour and it’s like I have three heads. I spoke to one person twice and she said she transferred me to sales and they haven’t responded either. I’m planning to be in the area of the factory the second week of July and all I want is a tour. The factory is closed the week before for the July 4 week. Does anybody have a direct contact at all?

The KZ factory is open to the public for touring every Tuesday, however the time of year you are requesting they will most likely be closed for their fiscal year end inventory.

I wish they would just tell me that. Maybe I’ll drive through the parking lot and wave.
