We purchased a 2018 connect lite a couple of weeks ago. Every time we operate the slide we blow a fuse, this past weekend when packing up we blew 3 fuses trying to put the slide in. It has a 15amp fuse in the spot, that's what was there when we purchased it. Has anyone else had this problem?

You have a problem call your dealer.

We have a service appointment scheduled, just curious if anyone else has had a similar problem. I know cars, trailers, houses, etc are rarely perfect coming from the manufacturer.

My first 5W slide stopped intermittent, found a loose connection in the fuse panel, check them all for tightness. A loose connection could cause a fuse to blow.

This does happen. Hopefully the dealer does a complete inspection of the slide room to make sure it is opening "square" and that none of the slide rails are bent or installed crooked. It could also be you have a motor / gearbox that has an internal problem and is dragging. End result is don't let them install a 20A fuse and tell you "That's how we fix it".
