Hi y’all, so we have a 2016 G370RLT that we’ve been living in full time now for about 1.5 years. The entry door started rubbing on the top left corner of the frame (if looking from outside) a couple days ago and I haven’t been able to figure out why. The door is extremely difficult to close. I re-leveled the trailer in case maybe it was sagging but to no avail. The top hinge appears to have a little play in it, wondering if maybe the rivers are loosening? I was thinking of drilling out the rivers and replacing with screws. Anyone have any ideas or had this problem before? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Open the door and check the opening with a carpenters square. Check the door for squareness as well. Report back with your findings.
I believe that your model has the door edge, the awning end and the slideout all converging near the same spot. With all that stress localized and the greater chance of water intrusion there, I'm not surprised that problems could develop.

I will have a look and let you know what I find when I get off work. Thanks!

Okay so the door itself is straight. I shot a couple rivets into the top hinge hoping that might tighten it up but it didn’t work. Any ideas?

Oh and it would appear that the top hinge might be a little bent. Thinking I may just replace the hinge. It has the friction hinges so I’m assuming that it has just worn from use

Those friction devices put a lot of stress on the hinges. Consider going with plain hinges and a manual hold open device.

Yeah I think that’s probably a good idea. I’ll look into that. Appreciate the help!
