Picked up our new Durango gold g356rlt last week and was going through the binder that the dealer supplied me and there is really very little info about the trailer in there. I got the fridge manual, and water heater manual and that was about it. Seems like I should have received something about the actual trailer, like roof care, maybe wiring schematics, etc. Nothing about the auto level system, the brakes, anything? Just wondering if I should of received more literature than I did. Also, I'm having trouble synching my phone to the lci control panel. The sticker in the cabinet door days to look for a sticker in one of the cabinets with the info I need to connect to but I can't locate it. Searched for a Bluetooth connection in the trailer with my phone in the trailer but couldn't see anything. Looking for suggesting. Thanks, Rick

A lot of the info that you are requesting on the 2019 model Durango Gold can be found on the my RV tablet. All the appliances should have their own paper manual. Wiring diagrams are almost nonexistent. My RV connection is Wi-Fi not Bluetooth and the code can be found on the controller which is in the basement, the trailer will make its own specific Wi-Fi signal to connect to your smartphone

Thanks, I'll take a look in the basement for the controller and code. My decal on the inside of the interior cabinet door by the control panel says that the connection is wifi or Bluetooth. I guess I'll find out for sure when I locate it. Thanks again, Rick

Thanks Edd,
Going to print out that manual and keep it in a folder. I connected my phone through wifi yesterday and was able to control everything, so that all works.
Anyone know if there is a way to disable or lock out the Ground control 3 external control panel? I looked through the manual and couldn't find it. On my rig, it is mounted on the external wall of the trailer so it is accessible to whoever might want to do mischief. Wish I could find a way to lock it out. Rick

Rick I did the same thing and put it with the rest of my documents. I don't know why but mine will "forget" the zero point so I have to go back and reset it. I saw a couple at the rally with the controller outside, mine is inside on the battery compartment door. I would be more concerned with weather and electronics than someone messing with it.

Un plug it at the controller You might not be able to do that. When I was talking to the LCI guy at the rally about adding a second panel i seem to remember him telling me the panels are interconnected, so pulling one out of the circuit might cause issues. I would call Lippert before disconnecting anything.

Rick Why not just relocate it to the inside of the pass-through door? That's where mine is. JASI by some fool at KZ... (Just Another Stupid Idea). Sorta like the outside speakers on a Jayco Eagle HT that I was looking at (277RLTS). In '15 m.y. they put them on the curb-side slide, where the entertainment center was. Where is the awning, where you're going to sit? Forward of the slide. I saw that and, had I been able to buy at that time, and dead-set on one, I'd've waited until they were moved to the area under the awning. Oh, my KZ has them in the "proper" location. :-) Lyle

rvdude had his controller for his landing gear on the outside, as I recall I believe he stated he had, had to replace it already due to dampness, but could be wrong... I made a comment about putting the controller on the outside instead of in the storage compartment or as some call it the basement when we were at the plant during the tour, was looked at as if I had three heads for a moment an then was told it was waterproofed... We have three control panels, one inside, one in the storage/basement door passengers side, one on the door where the batteries are an also the APP on our phone When we did our PDI we were give a very large white notebook with all the appliance manuals, the LCI leveling stuff an a schematic of the TV an satellite wiring, as stated all was generic an the wiring diagram for the TV was close within a 100000000 miles LOL ... This was all explained by our RV Tech which even offered to put the APP on our phones during the PDI for both the DW an I, he also explained were to look for the code for such, but again I forgot what he said by the time I got home an didn't write it down Ugh !!!
Safe travels
Chuck
