I've never used Demco's. I've used B&W Companion and Patriot (what I use now) and Trailer Saver TS3 and TSLB2H Air-Ride Hitch, the latter in my medium duty.
I would highly recommend any of those. I don't know what the price difference is, but, the extra money would be money well spent, IMHO.

I changed for a 16K Curt which cost $650 to a 18k B&W Patriot, really like such an it was $800 installed with tax  Safe Travels Chuck |

I'm using a Pullrite 25K OE Series. I really like, easy in and out. A little heavy, but with the 5th wheel hitch head off I can get it in and out of the truck if needed.
I like the looks of the B&W Companion too.

X-whatever on the B&W Companion. I also have the Turnover Ball to tow our 30' GN trailer. I don't see myself ever getting another hitch.
