We have the dishwasher in our R384RLT, really like it an we have plenty of room in the holding tank so it's
not a problem an it works ell ....
The layout seem to be about the same as our G384RLT in the kitchen, theater seating davenport, frig etc
In some ways but the pantry looks smaller an of course the door is not in the slide ...
We bought our G384RLT from Tacoma RV at the Tacoma RV show in 2018 (are's was the show model) an they
gave us a really good price on our 2006 Coachman Chappy an it only stayed on their lot less than a week an
was sold for 4k more than we traded for ...
As far as the RV tech's an salesmen/woman at Tacoma RV they for the most part a pretty knowledgeable about
the products they sell, I only met one, an older guy who I thought his BS meter was off the chart an wasn't
to knowledgeable about the Kz products ... The two young salesman who work with us were very knowledgeable
an new there stuff an never missed a beat ... The RV tech who did our PDI was very knowledgeable an never
rushed us an made sure we understood most everything, he did miss a couple of things I later found out but
was overall pretty darn good ...
As far as the "lifetime" warranty" some people say buy it an some say save your money, since the DW an I both
seem to not be able to save for a rainy day we bought into it an I don't mind paying the extra bucks every
year to make sure our investment is properly cared for an I have no problems ... As I stated this is a hot
topic an you will get both sides dead set on what you should do, you just have to filter out the BS an make
up your own mind up to what you want to do ... I figure if I have a frig go bad after the two year warranty
if more than paid for it's self, or the hydraulic's go bad again I have paid for it's self, but that's just
me an many people will tell you to put the money away each money till something breaks an then pay for it,
as i said we seem to fined many things to spend money on other than a trailer ...
As far as the 18K pin box we had Tacoma RV put one on right from the start, they offered us a bunch of show
perks, (we bought our G384RLT at the Tacoma RV Show) I stated I didn't want the perks only the MorRyde Pin
box an they agreed... When we did our PDI there was the old LCI pin-box in the storage area, I ask why, they
said I bought it an I could do with it what I wanted with it ... I was told that if I changed out pin box's that my
frame warranty would be void, I ask about such from Kz an the LCI, I was told that wasn't true an last year
when LCI looked at our frame they didn't blink an eye when they saw the MorRyde pin-box ...
As far as Tacoma RV service, they have run hot an cold, We had a furnace go out within the 1st few weeks
we had the trailer, I called to make an appointment an was told it would be 3 months before i could even
think about getting in for a repair, I called the MFG who made the furnace an was given another RV dealer
who got us in an did the repair in less than two weeks .... Also the 1st year when I had the Forever Warranty
inspection done I had some bad propane hose's, I told them about such an when I got the trailer back home
they had not been changed, it's a small thing but never the less it wasn't done, I should have checked such
before I left the dealer an trusted them to do such an the didn't ... When I called them on this they said bring
the trailer back up there an they would replace such, I said that it cost more in fuel an time to do such an I
would relpace such ...
Fast forward to this year, I made an appointment to have the inspection done, I thought I had the right day
an when dropping the trailer off I was told I had missed my appointment time by two days, they stated not
a problem an took the trailer in for the inspection an needed repairs which were authorized last summer
by KZ an parts had been sent ... So in this case they bent over backwards to help me an had the repairs
done in just less than three weeks even thought they stated it would only take one week ...

say they have improved .... I'm not sure if Kz had talked with Tacoma RV or not because besides this form an
talking with the upper management at Kz I made no bones about my dissatisfaction with the service at Tacoma
RV, but as stated the second time/year I had service done they seem to do a 180 an couldn't do enough to
help us ...
Overall I am happy with our trailer an with Kz, Kz has stepped up to the plate every time we have ask them to
do something an bent over backsward for not only us but other Kz owners as well ... Have we had minor problems
yes, most from appliances an not the trailer it's self ... We have also done upgrades to our trailer such as the
MorRyde 18K Pin-box an MorRyde SRE4000 suspension an wet bolt kit, not so much because of poor quality
on behalf of Kz it's just because we wanted the upgrades to an already great product ... We would buy another
Kz trailer in a heartbeat if we were in the market for such, we have now over 18K on area an are looking
forward to another 8 or 9 thousand miles this year God willing ...
