Can someone tell me where the Gateway is installed on a 2018 Durango 1500. Model 286BHD I have looked for it but have not found it yet.
The problem i a having is when i launch One Control app on my smartphone i get a "connection to gateway failed". This happened on both an android and I phone. I spoke with Lippert technical support and after multiple attempts with his help, he came to the conclusion that the gateway needs to be replaced. He said to remove it and take it back to the dealer for a replacement.
KZ can you supply me a replacement?
I finally found the Gateway (in the pass through storage mounted on the ceiling just inside the door).
Now if I could only solve my failed gateway connection issue!

If they said it's a bad part it likely won't work until you replace the part. I had a washer/dryer quit, tech said bad board and sent a new one. I put the board in and it's fixed.

There are several fuses in the wireless system. Have you checked them?

Lippert probably already had you do this, but verify things are plugged into where they need to be before you remove it, and that it shows it has power.

Yes, I have confirmed there is power to the gateway.

rickc I'm sure LCI has upgraded their system in the last two years from what we have an the LCI has ask you if you have done this but I will throw it out just in case .... I had a dickens of a time getting my APP to work, but didn't have the APP tell me my gateway wouldn't work, what I found out was that I had the wrong code entered an was off by one number/letter thus the APP wouldn't work ... I have gone through the setup with my app multiple times and i am confident i am using the correct pass code.

Does the gateway show up on your phone as a wireless network? You should see something like MyRV_1125893574 (essentially a bunch of numbers) Also verify the pass code on the sticker you have matches the one on the side of gateway.

Yes it does show up as a wireless network and i see the numbers that you are referring to and they match.

Lippert said the gateway is probably bad so I removed it and took it back to the dealer and they took a gateway off another trailer. Brought it home installed it and everything is working as expected. Thank you Pharr RV in Lubbock Texas for providing excellent customer support.
