Trying to find email address for KZ CEO or founder as well as Lippert CEO. Many sites claim to have them, if I pay. Anyone out there have these? I believe sometimes it better to start at the top.

Just so everyone knows Tonya has been bad mouthing KZ on KZ face book sites. Apparently he/she did an unauthorized modification to their Durango and now has a split frame and broken sidewall welds because of it and neither KZ not lippert want to touch.
HE/she is threatening lawsuits so if you have the info that is being requested I would recommend to proceed with caution.

It would help us understand if we knew exactly what was done that could cause that sort of damage. It is her trailer and she is authorized to do whatever she wants and the manufacturer needs to prove that damage was self inflicted in order to deny warranty. I wouldn’t pass judgement without complete information.

I agree with lynnmor, I also would like to know what was done to damage a frame ... As far as starting at the top I believe starting at the bottom with the dealer an then if no help Kz Customer Service an working my way up has always worked for me ... Over my lifetime I have found that yelling an threatening people always brought negative results, the more you yelled an threatened the more people resisted ... Safe Travels Chuck

Safe Travels Chuck The matter has been rectified. it really doesn't matter what was done if the manufacturer deemed it an unauthorized modification and denied warranty coverage. The owner has the right to do anything they want. The manufacturer also has the right to deny coverage because of it. Getting attorneys involved only muddied the situation and no one really wins

No matter if the matter was rectified or not I still agree with lynnmor, I also would like to know what was done to damage their frame so other's would not end up in the same situation ... Is this not what this broad is all about, helping others with problems an avoiding costly mistakes, so saying the problem has been rectified dozen't help others to avoid the same problem ...

Bet KZ has better attorneys & like jetsen said they modified & KZ can say no if it is reasonable to believe the mod caused the damage. I always told people in the past: You can sue anyone at any time for anything, doesn't mean you'll win.

Still curious if anyone has knowledge of what modification was done that caused the damage?

Still curious if anyone has knowledge of what modification was done that caused the damage? I know what/where the damage is. doesn't need to be rehashed here Once the repairs are done and the op is satisfied with the repairs They will reveal what happened and how KZ rectified the problem.
